Mission Statement

Jacksonville Sound & Communications, Inc. will set a high standard of excellence in providing, installing, and servicing Fire Alarm, Security, Sound, Nurse Call, Intercom, Instructional Technology, and Voice Data Systems in the Southeastern United States.

We shall continually meet this objective by exceeding the expectations of our Customers, and by partnering with our Customers, Suppliers, and Employees.

OVERVIEW & HISTORY:

Jacksonville Sound & Communications, Inc., founded in 1969, has expanded through the years to become one of the largest independent firms engaged in the design, installation, service, and integration of low voltage, electronic, life safety solutions in the United States.

Jacksonville Sound & Communications, Inc. maintains offices in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Orlando, Savannah, GA & Charleston, SC. It is the mission of our dedicated personnel within these six branch locations to meet the needs of our extensive customer base.

RESOURCES:

We presently employ over 120 employees across our six offices. These extensive resources provide our customers the largest, most experienced, best trained personnel in our industry. Our personnel are factory trained and certified in each system we design, install, and service. In many instances, we are trained and experienced in the systems provided by our prime competitors as well.

Besides the vast number of system certifications that our firm and our personnel have earned, we currently hold licenses in the State of Florida and Georgia. We are UL Certified as an alarm installer. Additionally, we employ a large number of NICET Certified personnel. We are extremely active with the National Fire Protection Association, the National Systems Contractors Association, the Florida Alarm Association, and the American Subcontractors Association.

We enjoy one of the broadest customer bases in our industry, encompassing over 10,000 different facilities! Our excellent reputation, superior delivery capabilities, attention to customer service, and breadth of supplier-provided equipment have resulted in a tremendous customer base.
